Kingdom Fix Tech ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, book a service, buy from our shop or bring a device for repair, and how we protect it in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and physical or site address.
• Service details: device type, model, serial number, reported faults, appointment times and installation requirements.
• Order and payment details: products ordered, amounts paid and payment references such as M-Pesa transaction codes. We do not store card numbers or M-Pesa PINs.
• Messages: anything you send through our contact form, WhatsApp or email.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps your cart working, and basic server logs (IP address, browser) used for security.

2. How we use your information

• To confirm and manage appointments, repairs, installations and orders.
• To contact you about the status of your job, quotations, collection and payments.
• To keep records for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Data on your devices

Repairs sometimes require us to power on and test your device. We do not access, copy or share your personal files, photos or messages. We recommend you back up your data and remove screen locks or provide a temporary code only when needed for testing. We are not responsible for data loss that may occur during repair of a faulty device.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary to provide our services (for example with a delivery rider for an order you asked us to deliver, or a payment provider to process a payment), or where required by law.

5. Storage and security

Your records are stored on secure servers with access limited to authorised staff. Staff accounts are password-protected and actions are logged. We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for statutory record-keeping periods.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use for marketing. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
